How to Keep In Touch With Your Patients After They Leave Your Office
You have a lot of information to share with your patients – but you don’t always know how to share with the patient after they leave the exam room.
You can create your own blog and send it by email to your patients who want to receive tips from you to keep them motivated and informed in between their visits with you. (See my interview here with Carol Bush for easy steps to create content for your blog.)
Using an email autoresponder system will send the right information for them, just in time, that was meaningful, accurate, and reinforces the key education that you want to achieve.
I use an autoresponder system to send emails to clients and customers on my email list. They might subscribe to watch a training webinar, download a template to use in the healthcare practice management, enroll in a course, or just receive privacy beach tips that they can use in their health care practice.
I knew that an autoresponder system would allow me to quickly select the people on my list who have requested me to share with them the content that is most useful to them. At least, that's what I wanted to do.
But, I was stuck.
I could find a lot of webinars and checklists that told me that I needed to use an autoresponder system to save me time and easily deliver my content to people who wanted it.
I had the autoresonder system, but I didn't understand how to put all the steps together to make it a system that I could easily replicate. I wasted a LOT of time trying to figure things out.
Chimp Essentials Course with Paul Jarvis
Last year, I registered in the Chimp Essentials course with Paul Jarvis.
I learned how to improve how to manage my lists, save money on my subscription fees, and create welcome on-boarding emails that helped new subscribers to my courses.
Now I can share and re-target the content to help me create a source of revenue, too. My email delivery rate and open rate is much better than they were before. And, I am much more confident and faster when I build my email series.
In this way, I can get my message out to more people, consistently, and generate more revenue.
Would you like to know how to do this, too?
